Are you low on energy, struggling to lose weight or feeling the effects of aging? You don't have to be! Discover how you can change your life.
Divine health is God's will for you. He created you - spirit, soulEbody - and his wish and expectation is that you live long and strong on earth. Many Christians have accepted the world's view of health and aging and assume that strength and energy diminish with age. Even worse, they began to anticipate disease while taking the medical community's word for prevention and treatment.
the problemDr. Don Colbert,, is that most doctors are controlled by big drug companies who dictate how patients should be treated - often with prescription drugs that do more harm than good. Medical information doubles almost every 78 days. This means that most doctors are not up to date with medical research and treatments, leaving most patients with the same symptoms year after year.
For that reason, Kenneth Copeland teamed up with Dr. Colbert and his wife, Mary, in a series of programs to bring new insights into the body of Christ so that we can live long, happy and healthy lives on this earth. If you're ready to boost your energy, prevent or reverse disease, and transform your life, here are five ways to live in divine health.
1. Intermittent Fasting
"Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh." - Galatians 5:24 (NIV)
dr Colbert's mission is to see people heal. This doesn't just mean healing - it means living the best life possible! Based on recent research conducted by Spirit, Dr. Colbert a groundbreaking new book:Hormone Health Zone by Dr. colbertAccording to his wife Mary, this is the most important book he ever wrote. He himself said that he had never seen such dramatic results with any previous approach in his practice.
One of the most recent and proven strategies he has implemented with all of his patients isintermittent fasting.Fasting is a tool that has been used for spiritual purposes for thousands of years. Fasting is not just for mental health, it can also promote physical health and regeneration.
What is Intermittent Fasting?
Intermittent fasting is not a one-time event, but the daily practice of limiting your eating period to eight hours a day. For example, with intermittent fasting, you would finish your last meal of the day at 6pm. and then fast for 16 hours before breaking the fast at 10 am the next day. During the fasting period, you can still drink liquids like water, herbal tea and black coffee.
A 16:8 intermittent fasting schedule (fasting for 16 hours and eating in an eight hour window) will give you great results, but if that's too difficult for you, you can start with 14 or even 12 hours instead of 16. Try to work as many days a week as possible before the 16-hour Lent. Dr Colbert says his healthiest patients are those who fast 16 hours a day, seven days a week.
What are the benefits of intermittent fasting?
Some amazing things happen to your body when you give it a chance to take a break to digest. Since you are not offering your body food for an extended period of time, your body goes into a process called nutrition.autophagy,So the body starts eating abnormal proteins in your brain (which are linked to dementia) and in your muscles. Liver glycogen is then used up, resulting in a drop in blood sugar. Fasting also promotes stem cell production. In short, it eliminates evil and regenerates good.
The results in the practice of Dr. Colbert was amazing. Some of the surprising results are:
- Reversal of plaque in arteries
- low blood pressure
- weight loss
- improved memory
- More power and energy.
Because of the dramatic results he has seen, Dr. Colbert now has all of his patients on intermittent fasting. His recent research has shown that intermittent fasting is one of the most effective processes in preventing almost all diseases.
"It's so easy anyone can do it. Every Christian should fast intermittently," advised Dr. Colbert The Bible teaches us to pray, tithe, and fast. God has spiritual purposes for each of these, but they also produce physical results.
For guidance on spiritual fasting, see The 3 Rewards of Fasting here.
now you can thinkWhat happened to breakfast, the most important meal of the day?Dr Colbert reminds us to remember that medical knowledge is constantly growing and evolving, and new research has consistently proven what the Bible has been telling us for thousands of years - there is power in fasting.
This is a simple, free strategy for living in divine health. It energizes you, helps you sleep, and clears your head, making you part of a strong, healthy church!
2. Choose the right foods
"Whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all for the glory of God." -1 Corinthians 10:31 (ESV)
Intermittent fasting can seem like a challenge, but most Christians struggle even more with choosing the right foods. Dr Colbert recommends following a keto diet, but overall he emphasizes choosing foods that give your body life. for Dr Colbert, that means a diet based primarily on plants: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, seeds, and nuts. In addition, he advises avoiding gluten, processed meats like bacon and sausage, and — his biggest concern — sugar. He emphasizes that sugar invites disease into the body and is an enemy to living in divine health.
Here most Christians struggle to crucify their flesh. Sugar, desserts and white bread contribute to many of the diseases and health problems we see today. For example, the #1 killer in the United States is heart disease, which is caused by inflammation. What fuels inflammation? Sugar, bad fats, trans fats, carbohydrates and starches. Choosing healthy foods, on the other hand, will significantly reduce inflammation.
Watch Kenneth Copeland and Dr. Don Colbert will discuss how to choose the right foods.
Another disease caused by poor eating habits is type 2 diabetes. Through dietary changes and other strategies, Dr. Colbert Diabetes in his patients regularly. He starts by putting his diabetics on a keto zone diet combined with exercise and optimized hormones and has found a great success rate in reversing this condition.
you may thinkI don't want to give up the foods I love - the chocolate cake, the soft drinks, the desserts. But remember: your body is not yours. It was bought with a price! Dr Colbert recommends a significant reduction in sugar, but has always advocated that an occasional dessert is acceptable.
What does it take to make the right food choices? Kenneth Copeland, once 100 pounds overweight and addicted to sugar, says, "Nothing happens without a decision, and a quality decision is one you can't take back."
You can live in divine health simply by choosing to eat healthy foods. It will transform your health and transform your life!
3. Move and get strong
"There was not a weak person among your tribes." -Psalm 105:37 (KJV)
Kenneth Copeland shared his testimony on his journey to divine health and proper food choices. But the missing piece of his puzzle was years of movement. He didn't like it! But when he finally put this strategy into practice, he was amazed at the difference it made in his life. In fact, he got so strong that he's now Dr. Colbert challenges you to do as many push-ups as possible and hold the plank for as long as you can!
Dr Colbert reminds the Body of Christ that the human body was designed for movement. Just as water stagnates if not moved, the body (which is 70% water) will become stagnant and susceptible to disease if not moved.
God wants His church to be strong in the last days and live life to the fullest! Unfortunately, around the age of 65, many people begin to weaken and weaken. This is not God's will for you! Who wants to be frail and weak in the end times? Nobody! However, some people have lost so much strength and muscle mass that they can no longer get out of the bathtub or even the bathroom. This frailty does not belong in a believer's body.
Along with good eating habits and hormone optimization (our next strategy), Dr. Colbert strength exercises. The main exercise he recommends to his patients is the plank grip. To do this, position your body face down and elevated on your elbows and toes in a completely flat position. Don't drop your head - stay straight! Then hold this position for one minute. Do this at least five days a week. (Kenneth Copeland, 84, does a plank for three minutes every day!)
Planks restore your posture, strengthen your core, and increase muscle mass. Free and easy, this simple daily exercise will stave off weakness, build strength, and keep you from hunching over. People of all ages - including those in their 60s, 70s and 80s - can increase their strength and improve their lives - moving closer to divine health!
Tip from Dr. Colbert: You can start by holding a plank position on your knees for 30 seconds and then work your way to the top of the minute on your toes.
No matter what you do - move and get strong! If you don't like sports, start speaking the Word of God, explain that you like sports and explain that you are getting stronger. Once you feel what it's like to be strong, you won't want to go back!
4. Optimize your hormones
"I pray you are in good health and all is well with you.” –3 John 2 (NIV)
While so much emphasis is placed on proper diet and exercise, according to Dr. Colbert One of the most important factors in our health is balancing or optimizing the hormone levels in our bodies. His recent research led him to determine that it is the most important aspect of overall health and happiness. in your bookdr. Hormonesundheitszone jackets,He shares his latest research as well as real-life stories about his patients. He found that optimizing hormone levels reverses disease, increases energy and dramatically changes people's lives. "If you optimize your hormones, most illnesses go away," he says.
Many Christians struggle with physical problems but have not found answers in traditional medicine. These include: loss of energy, poor sleep quality, decreased muscle mass and bone density, sexual dysfunction, mental confusion, poor memory, cold hands and feet. The list goes on and on.
Most people go to the doctor with their symptoms, get tested, and are told it's "in range." The problem with how the medical community determines healthy ranges is that the ranges are based on statistical information from the general public. They are what is generally accepted and not what is needed for optimal health and vitality.
dr Colbert encourages believers to go to a doctor who is willing to optimize hormone levels and move onbioidentical hormones,no synthetic hormones. (A list of doctors across the country who take this approach is included in Dr. Colbert's book.) He says, "Bioidentical hormones are one of the most important factors in restoring your health and preventing disease. You program your body for strength. , vitality and energy. Your youth is renewed like that of the eagle when you optimize your hormones.”

5. Speak the Word of God
